Why Books Leh?
So, so. Yoroshiku. I hope you enjoy my screenshots and reviews. (Help me check whether the screenshots are there, please? They seem a bit sporadic in appearance.) I’ll be mostly doing very brief episode reviews (shiny picchars) for anime, with a few manga thrown in here and there. I like comments, but will settle for posts on the shoutbox.
At the moment I’m catching up on my massive anime backlog, but you’ll see more recently-released episodes being reviewed as soon as they come up after I finish on my backlog. Yea? Yah.
I read some manga, but seem to spend too much time randomly on the net to do much else. ._.
If you’re wondering about the awkward name, yes…this teaches me not to apply for things at 4am in the morning. -wry- I’m perfectly coherent, but my brain on autopilot isn’t the best of things. (i.e. I once gave out my home address instead of my paypal address…) My original idea was for a blog where I could write posts with book, anime, and manga reviews. Now that I’ve made it, I realise it’d probably be better to specialise, and besides, I have enough anime to last me for ages anyway. XD I suppose you could call it Bokusanime?! Boku’s anime? -facepalm- Never mind, just don’t worry too much about what ‘by the books’ means.Come to think of it, I -did- handle the finances (books) of the uni anime club I was in for a year… ._.
I welcome link exchanges to related (anime/manga/Japanese culture) sites!! Please comment here and we’ll work something out. ^^ All I ask is that you use proper English (I’m a bit of a grammar nazi), and your site works and iz shiny. Okay, it doesn’t have to be ultra shiny, but I like shiny..

@Kitsune: Thanks for the comments, hehe. :D I don’t really love screenshot-taking, but my posts would bare othewise, so. :( However, I must admit it’s pretty satisfying when you’ve moved frames a couple of times just to finally get that perfect moment recorded. ^^ I do like that.
Really? ._. Do doctors have the same, or is it just pharmacists?? Strange…while I’ve met my share of incompetent/lazy pharmacists, doesn’t seem all too bad — I wish I could work in a pharmacy, though, but they won’t hire me, pfft.

Haha! No problem. You’ll have to wait in line, though. :) I’m making one for Jay-san too~ It’ll have to be after the exams, so if you’re still hanging around in a month’s time, feel free to poke me. Or I can poke you when it’s done. :) (I actually already have a banner with a different picture, it just needs to be resized. But I’m lazy. And should study. ._.)
Urh, I can’t remember. XD I got into my first choice…I probably applied for Charles Sturt just cos they offered pharmacy too. Then I applied to QTAC as well, and let me tell you, the customer service of that place is so much better than UAC. I actually felt guilty about rejecting their offer cos they’d sent a nice welcome pack along! Whereas UAC? One paper. Zzz.
@materix01: Uh I think you meant ads. :P There used to be payment per post too, but now it’s just hits.

@materix01: Heh, thanks! You used my title with the [* *], just like Jay-san did! I wonder why…in my own version I generally omit it. XD Hm, the scaling is a bit small, eh? Ah well, I could probably tweak it so it looks a bit better/more suitable for the size, if you want. Otherwise looks shiny, thanks for linking me! I’ve added you on my mini one. I think I’ll probably upgrade it to an ‘about people’ page when I move hosts..hrm.
Convos with me are generally random. -wry- So yeah…no problem if she doesn’t want to. It’s great that she has such good friends. =) In fact, your whole Ruse network seems awesome — it’s nice to have such a responsive readership. :) In a way, makes me realise I’ve missed out on something only coming here when uni started.
Um, your friend probably has a feed aggregator. XD When you said you were too noob, I thought you meant you didn’t want to…but if you don’t know how to, it’s really simple, and will save you time. :) Of course, if you like visiting their sites, good on you! (I know some people do — I’m too lazy to, though. Even if I have their feeds bookmarked/tracked by firefox. XD)
