When it comes to spam, I finally got tired of getting two or three a day…so I put the captcha thing on. If I still get spam, I’m gonna comprain. ._. Personally, I don’t much like captchas since I always feel like a bot when I can’t solve them (*-*”) but ah well. Read on for more ramblings RE what I’ve been doing..
Mother’s day is coming up! (For people in Aus, anyway. I never knew until I checked that mother’s day was different in different countries.. ._.) Sanae from Clannad is probably one of the nicest anime moms I’ve seen around..though I can’t really remember many of them. ._. Toradora’sYasuko…uh..who else? XD
So I think I’ve spent almost 100 bucks in Kino over the past week…largely due to a sale. :P It’s not much when some people I know have easily spent over 200. :P Part of it went to a book for mom as part of her mother’s day gift~ I thought it’d be damned easy to find a vampire novel for her (she’s been into it, somehow -_- At least she’s stopped thinking Twilight is the bees knees..) but apparently not!! Mention a few vampire book authors worth reading and I’ll see if I’ve heard of them/seen them in store. :PContinue Reading »

I watched Star Trek at a Contagious Network preview (thank you so much, it was awesome! :D) last week, and because I’ve been busy with other stuff aside from watching anime (only one ep in two weeks..Eden of the East 2. ._.), might as well? Movie review~ With screenshots koped from imdb and the website.
Hetalia is, as always, funny and good light watching. I know this post is laggy…I’ve been busy doing tutorials I can’t really wrap my brain around (bloody med chem). :( So due to stuffs, I’ll be blogging less frequently.
5: Stranded, beach, pasta.Italy gets up to antics on the beach, while marooned with Germany and Japan. Yaoi vibes between the other two Axis powers aside, Italy’s as cute as ever.
6: Long, piano, interlude. The Axis powers are still stranded on the beach, but they’re joined by everyone else…and notably Austria on a piano. ON THE SEA. Epic. XD This reminded me of Stairway to Heaven…I still wonder if they ruined a piano shooting that scene at the sea.
Some bits were just too funny not to screenshot, but due to program fault, my screenshots got shot into limbo. -_- Sigh.
On another note, niisama and I completed l4d on normal for hospital in 1h7min, up from about 1.5h the last time. :D I think I still like playing as zombie…there’s this kind of vicious joy in heckling the survivors; and I used to be scared of the hunter, but now I’m gunning him with my pistols (when playing normally). Yeahhhh.
The music for Guin Saga is epic. I think this is quite possibly the first time in a while I’ve heard an instrumental OP…which will probably get boring pretty quickly. -wry- Continue Reading »
K-On: Will definitely be watching this, but not so sure about blogging it. Shinkyoku Polyphonica Crimson S: Technobardic magic! Yes! Queen’s Blade: We’ll see whether it gets too horrible, but yes for the moment! Guin Saga: Hrm. Not quite sure wha to make of this one, yes? I’m kinda worried the twins will prove too annoying to follow, though. >.> Saki: Quirky characters and CG mahjong! Yes! 07 Ghost: Bishounen overload! Yes! Eden of the East: The first ep blew me away. I especially enjoyed the creative ED and…uh…interestingly-English OP. ;) Yes! (I’ll probably blog on this when ep 2 comes out, though.)
