Somehow the OP for Shikabane Hime: Kuro sounds rather retro. (The ED does, too, somewhat..) It’s quite nice, though — Beautiful Fighter sung by angela (composed by atsuko). [OP here, or PV]

The episode starts off with a puzzling picture of the woods coupled with haunting church-like chant-ish music that I didn’t quite get. Segue to bunch of people talking about assassinating an inactive (?) Shikabane Hime, “Hoshimura’s daughter”. (Makina, of course.) Read on for more, or gallery here. Continue Reading »
