Kemono no Souja Erin 10 - Selfpreservation Girl
Not so much of John’s comic relief, or information inundation in Kemono no Souja Erin 10. Read on for a screenshot slideshow and some stuffs about this ep.
As said in the previous ep’s preview, Erin and John visit a village for supplies…but end up getting tangled in more things than they’d expected.
Personally, I’m getting a bit tired of Erin always standing in front of other people. -___- It’s good to stand up for others, but please remember you’re a KID, and a girl too. I’m surprised she hasn’t been bished yet. (Though she would have this ep, if a Sezan - secret-agent-for-the-ShinOu type guy called Iyaru hadn’t intercepted the blow.)
Maybe she doesn’t know that the more people are barred from doing something, the more they will get their guard up. The girl’s completely fearless. In this case, the touda egg thieves were intercepted by the same secret agent guy, who threatened them with a knife. Maybe she didn’t know that he wanted information from them — but honestly, standing between a guy with a knife and two confirmed thieves? Not the smartest of moves, o fearless one.
I remember the first time she stood barring something — between the touda and the rest of the people. I’m still not happy about that one, because obviously Soyon took the fall for it. -wry- Erin may be a good girl, but this is one part of her I definitely do not appreciate.
Hrm. I don’t know about this episode. I liked John, but he wasn’t featured much in this ep — and the egg-stealing duo just ain’t good comic relief. :S What to do…
In any case, the Sezan lets the duo go, and even gives Erin his musical instrument, which looks like a kind of harp (Tategoto). (Maybe?) Since I seem to remember it in some promo images, maybe it’ll awaken Erin’s powers! :D What dyou think? Recognised the harp too? ;)
