Kemono no Souja Erin 8 - Saved By the Beekeeper
The episode starts off with some ominous sequences — Erin is probably having bad dreams, which would be expected after the traumatic ep 7. Read on for the rest of the ep + screenshot slideshow, or just visit the gallery.
Nassun (sp? All those names!) reports to the Kiri no Tabi Elder Council. He refers to Soyon’s whistling to save Erin as ‘Souja no Waza’ — Technique of the Player — and it turns out (of course) that this is Forbidden among the Mist People.
Meanwhile, Erin drifts to a shore, and is found by John, the Beekeeper — a pleasant, big guy she mistakes for a bear upon just coming around all bleary-eyed. (They do kinda look similar..maybe. ;)) John performs an interesting (well, to me, since I haven’t heard of it before. XD) kind of bee therapy on Erin.John: (On keeping flatulence in) And in the end..you’ll go “Boom!”~Erin lapses into frightful nightmares reprising Soyon dying even when awake, poor girl. :( John helps her to cope with some advice, though, and we can see her starting to adapt. She might even become a beekeeper in the next ep! :O
